Naming Computers and a Server

We currently have a naming scheme of atheist metaphors for our computers. It all started when I named my laptop Teapot after Bertrand Russell's teapot analogy. Then we decided to call our new computers Unicorn and Monster after The Invisible Pink Unicorn and The Flying Spaghetti Monster. Then the computer that we run Myth TV on is going to be called Hank after the story Kissing Hank's Ass. All we have left to name is a server that needs to mesh well with this theme, but I can't think of another name that would fit in. So, I am turning to you guys I know you are brilliant and will help me. Thanks a million!

That is a very cool suggestion :)
Having a scheme is as fun as it is useful. For many years I've been doing an annual back country trek around Mt. Rainier, and that has been the basis for computer naming in my last two companies as well as my home network. For each new machine, we just pull out the back country topo map and pick a particularly nice spot--which is easy because they're all particularly nice. And since I also have many thousands of digital shots from the area, its easy to find screen background images that match the machine name.

That sounds like a cool way to name them, my husbands last theme for the house was South Park and his office theme is cosmos/space theme. We thought about doing a Greek gods theme this time for the computers but then we did that for the cats.
darwin or dawkins?

How about bueller as a hidden reference to Ben Stein of Expelled when he was just an annoying economics teacher in Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
My first inclination would be to suggest "God," since that's just as imaginary as FSM and IPU. Plus, I think it fits well for a server. My second leaning would be "Satan" for similar reasons (plus, The Satan Server sounds pretty cool). And, you know that no real believer would name their electronics after their most important imaginary friends.

My suggestion otherwise is to name it The Atheist Nexus. (Yes, that happens to be the name of a website, but it seems appropriate for a godless woman's server).

Dreid suggested Skyhook (which is a great short name for deus ex machina). How about Skynet? heh

Finally, because I bet you're getting tired of me, how about "Alethiometer"? Seems potentially too far removed, but a truth telling machine from a set of books despised by the believers probably has some endearing quality worthy of imbuing upon another important object. Or just extend it to The Golden Compass.
I don't think you're going to get a better suggestion than Dreid's "skyhook." Simply brilliant.

I tried, though, and some others I considered were machina, abdulla, reification, maserati (for the Spider Robinson fans) and ceilingcat. (Or basementcat if you swing closer to the dark side.)
